JAMMU, May 22: Kahnachak Police seized 1000 litres of diesel and arrested one person.
As per police sources, a team from Police Station Kahnachak led by SHO Inspector Vishav Partap Singh laid a naka and intercepted a Bolero Pick up bearing registration number JK02CL-9347.
During checking, police team recovered 100 litres of diesel from the vehicle and arrested one person, who was identified as Ram Paul, son of Manu Ram of Kahnachak Camp.
A case under FIR Number 72/2021 under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act has been registered in Police Station Kahnachak and investigation started.
The arrest was made under the supervision of SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul and SP Rural Sanjay Sharma.
