10,000 run record bekons Chris Gayle

He needs one more score of fifty plus runs to get to his 60th fifty to become the second batsman in the annals of Twenty20 games to score 60 fifties after Gayle, who to his account has 78 half centuries.
Mumbai Indians all rounder Kiaron Pollard’s highest individual score is 89 not out in T20 games. If he completes 7000 runs, he would become the first batsman in the history of T20 games to aggregate 7000 plus without a century.        Pollard has pouched 196 catches so far in T20 games. He needs four more catches for his 200 catches. If he pouches them, then he would become the first fieldsman – other than the wicket keepers – to pouch 200 catches in the history of T20 games.
Kolkata Knight Riders’ ace spinner Sunil Narain has captured four or more wickets in match on eleven occasions. He needs one more four wicket haul to equal the present world record for most four wicket hauls in T20 games by Mumbai Indians tearaway fast bowler Lasit Malinga who has captured four or more wickets on twelve occasions.
Two more such hauls by Narine would fetch him the world record for most four wicket hauls with 13 such occasions.
Malinga who has four five wicket hauls to his credit, need one more five wicket haul which would fetch him five five wicket hauls.
If he gets it, he would then become the first bowler in the history of T20 games to get five five wicket hauls.    Rising Pune supergiants keeper M S Dhoni has pouched 118 catches so far.
He needs six more catches to overhaul the existing record of 123 catches by Sri Lankan Kumara C Sangakkara.
The former Indian captain has effected 179 dismissals so far in T20 games. One more dismissal would fetch him 180 dismissals. He would then become the third wicket keeper in the history of T20 games to effect 180 plus dismissals. Others are – Kamran Akmal (200) and KC Sangakkara (180).
V Kohli has scored four centuries in IPL, He needs one more century for his fifth century. If he gets it, he would then share the record for most centuries in IPL with his team mate Chris Gayle.  (AGENCIES)
