BHADERWAH, Nov 25: A Lok Adalat was held here wherein 111 cases were disposed off and Rs 1,06,500 was realized as fine on the spot in different cases.
The Lok Adalat was held for speedy disposal of cases under the patronage of patron-in-chief, J&K State Legal Services Authority and under the guidance of the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Bhaderwah, Ashok Kumar Shavan here today.
In the Lok Adalat held under the chairmanship of Ashok Kumar Shavan Chairman, DLSA Bhaderwah.
Five Benches were constituted in different parts of Doda district in which 199 cases were taken up and 111 cases were disposed of and Rs 1,06,500 realized. Many civil, criminal, MACT and revenue cases were also settled in the Lok Adalat.
Chairman TLSC Bhaderwah, Sub Judge Renu Dogra Gupta and Munsiff Judge Sandeep Sen were also present on the occasion.
