Durga Nagar Welfare Committee holds meet, discusses issues

JAMMU, May 23: Durga Nagar Welfare Committee held a meeting under the chairmanship of its President Roshan Lal Raina.
Ravinder Bakshi, Maharaj Krishen Raina, Roshan Lal Koul, Badrinath, CL Zutshi, Bansi Lal, Bushan Lal Koul, Nana Ji, Arvind Bhat, Makhan Lal Bhat and other members of the committee were present in the meeting.
While speaking, Roshan Lal Raina has appealed to the Financial Commissioner Health and Medical Education Department Atal Dulloo to establish a vaccination centre in Durga Nagar Community Hall and COVID test centre in Ayurvedic Hospital on main road leading to Rajinder Nagar to facilitate old age persons.
In the meeting, various others issues like power issues, installation of transformer and cable at Sector Number 3, unnecessary power shutdown, pending developmental works, etc were also discussed.
