SRINAGAR: Governor N N Vohra today assented 12 Bills, including salaries and allowances of Members of State legislatures.
This information was given by Secretary, Legislative Assembly Mohammad Ramzan today who said that 12 Bills passed by both Houses of Legislature have been assented to by the Governor.
The Bills assented by Governor included ‘The Jammu and Kashmir Property Tax Board Bill, The Jammu Kashmir Land Laws (Amendment) Bill, The Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax (Amendment) Bill, The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Mata Sukhrala Devi Ji Shrine and Shri Mata Bala Sundri Shrine Bill, The Salaries and Allowances of Members of the Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature (Amendment ), The Jammu and Kashmir Employees Provident Funds (and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Bill , The Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Bill, The Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children), The Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment (Amendment), The Jammu and Kashmir Gold Development and Management Authority Bill and The Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax (Second Amendment) Bill.
