SAMBA, Aug 16: Mansar police rescued 12 bovine animals and arrested two smugglers.
As per police sources, a team from Mansar Police Post during checking intercepted a truck bearing registration number UP22AT-0569.
During checking, police team rescued 12 bovine animals from the vehicle and arrested two persons, who were identified as Mohammad Yameen, son of Haider Khan and Wajid Ali, son of Pyare, both residents of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.
A case under FIR Number 223/2020 under section 188 IPC and 11 PCA Act has been registered at Police Station Samba and investigation started.
