JAMMU, Sept 21: Hotel KC Residency today announced the launch of a 12-day long Shahi Food Festival ‘Royale cuisines of India’ starting from today.
The buffet spread will feature authentic culinary delicacies prepared and presented by Chef kaushal Sharma and his team of experts chefs.
During the 12-day long feast, delicacies from the royal kitchens of Kashmir, Patiala, Rajasthan, Awadh, Mysore, Kolhapur and Hyderabad will be served in combinations. Some of the famous dishes are Tabakh Maas, Dahi Keeema Samosa, Banjari Gosht, Machli Haisamandi, Padampuri Murgh, Aab Gosht, Dhaniwal korma, Mutton Kolhapuri, Chicken Kolhapuri, Awadhi Kormass and Niharis, Gatte Ki Subzi, Subz Kolhapuri, Shahi Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ker-Sangri, Phirni and Moong Dal Halwa.
