12 injured in road accident

KATHUA, Sept 6: Twelve people were injured on Jammu -Pathankot National Highway this evening near Sujjwan Morh Rajbagh. They were rushed to Government Medical College Hospital, Kathua for treatment.
As per police reports, a Matador bearing Registration No JK02AW 7467 carrying the 12 persons from Jammu to Kathua to attend a marriage function turned turtle on the road when driver lost control on the vehicle. All the persons travelling were seriously injured and were shifted to GMC Kathua in Ambulance . A police team from Rajbagh Police Station reached on the spot and shifted the ill fated vehicle to Police Station and restored the traffic on this tube in Highway.
All the injured were under treatment in GMC Kathua and they are identified as Nirmal Kour, Harjeet Kour, Hardeep Kour, Harvajan Singh , Rajesh Kumar, Surjeet Kour, Sunil Kumar, Aguas Kour, Popinder Kour, Kritan Kour, and Harjinder Singh all residents of Simbal camp Jammu. Rajbgh police started investigation into the matter.
