JAMMU, July 24: A total 125 Kissan Credit Cards were distributed among the farmers of Bhalwal block in district Jammu during a camp the other.
The team of officers from Agriculture Department led by SDO, V K Bhola and assisted by B K Koul and Amrik Singh educated the farmers during the camp about the benefits of the credit cards and other schemes at Chowa Panchayat under Jandial Circle. The cards were distributed by Arshed Choudhary, member Gujjar-Bakerwal Advisory Board, who was the chief guest. Total 275 cards have so far been issued to the farmers of this area under Bhalwal block.
