JAMMU, July 27: Puneet Gupta, who was transferred from the CBI Court few days back, has now been appointed as new Registrar Vigilance of J&K High Court.
The High Court has also given additional charge of 13 vacant courts. CJM Leh has been given the additional charge of Sub Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate Leh while as Special Mobile Magistrate Baramulla will hold the additional charge of Sub Judge Baramulla.
CJM Anantnag will hold the additional charge of Sub Judge/ Special Mobile Magistrate Anantnag while as CJM Budgam has been given the additional charge of Sub Judge/ Special Mobile Magistrate Budgam. Munsiff Handwar will hold the additional charge of Munsiff Tangdar.
District Mobile Magistrate Traffic Doda will hold the charge of Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Doda while as Munsiff Bhaderwah will hold the charge of Munsiff Gandoh Bhalesa. Munsiff Mahore will hold the charge of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Reasi while as Munsiff Mahore will hold the additional charge of Munsiff Reasi.
Additional Munsiff, Samba will hold the charge of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Samba while as Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Udhampur will hold the charge of Munsiff Majalta. Munsiff Shopian has been given the charge of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Shopian while as Munsiff Kulgam will hold the charge of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Kulgam.
Meanwhile, Vinod Kumar, Sub-Judge(LRP), High Court Wing Jammu has been posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sopore with immediate effect as a stop gap arrangement during the leave period of Masrat Roolri, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sopore.
