JAMMU, Mar 8: The Public Works (R&B) Department in the State Government today ordered placement of three Incharge Executive Engineers as Incharge Superintending Engineer (Civil) and consequent upon these promotions, transfers and posting of 13 Incharge SEs as well as 10 Xens were affected with immediate affect.
Those promoted as Incharge SEs, include Javid Iqbal, Niaz Ahmad Banday and Showkat Jeelani Pandit. On their promotion, Javed Iqbal has been posted in JKPCC Ltd vice N D Khawaja while Niaz Banday and Showkat Jeelani have been posted in R&B Circle Doda, vice Des Raj and R&B Circle Ganderbal vice Sami Arif Yasvi, respectively.
Besides, Abdul Majid Khan has been transferred from R&B Circle Pulwama-Shopian and posted as SE in R&B circle Baramulla-Kupwara against an available vacancy.
N D Khawaja has been transferred from JKPCC Ltd Jammu and posted in R&B circle Udhampur vice A K Gandotra, who has been transferred to PMGSY Circle Jammu vice Sita Ram Dogra.
Sami Arif Yasvi has been transferred from R&B Circle Ganderbal and posted in R&B Circle Anantnag-Kulgam vice Showkat Ahmad Wani who has been transferred and posted in R&B Circle Pulwama-Shopian vice Abdul Majid Khan.
Sita Ram Dogra has been transferred from PMGSY Circle Jammu and posted in PMGSY Circle Udhampur-Reasi vice D K Khanna, who has been transferred and posted as SE Mughal Road Project against an available vacancy.
Des Raj has been transferred from R&B circle Doda and posted in R&B Circle Jammu against an available vacancy while Bashir Ahmed, awaiting ordered of posting, has been transferred to Road Safety Audit Cell in DIQC with HQ at Srinagar vice Showkat Hussain Koul, who has been transferred and posted in PMGSY Circle Baramulla against an available vacancy.
Meanwhile, according to a separate order, affecting transfers and posting of 10 Incharge Executive Engineers (Civil), Khalid Mehmood has been transferred from Kokernag Development Authority and posted in PMGSY Anantnag against an available vacancy. He shall retain the additional; charge of Kokernag Development Authority till permanent arrangements are made.
Abdul Aziz has been transferred from PW(R&B) Division Handwara and posted PW (R&B) Division Shopian, relieving Hashim Din of the additional charge while Syed Sajad Ahmad has been transferred from TT Division Srinagar and posted in PW(R&B) Division Ganderbal against an available vacancy.
Mufti Imran, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted in PW(R&B) Division Chadoora vice Hashim Din, who has been transferred and posted in PMGSY division Kulgam vice Nissar Hussain Kakpoor.
Nissar Hussain Kakpoori has been transferred to R&B Construction Division Leh against an available vacancy while Skalzang Dorjay has been transferred from Special Sub-Division Nubra and posted in the Department of Rural development and Panchayti Raj for further posting in REW Leh vice Tsering Angchuk, who has been recalled from the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (REW Leh) and posted in special Sub-Division Nubra vice Skalzang Dorjey.
Syed Sharief Ud Din has been transferred from PW(R&B) Special Division Gurez and posted in PMGSY Division Handwara. He will also hold additional charge of PW(R&B) Division Handwara till permanent arrangements are made.
Ajit Singh Chopra, presently posted at PW(R&B) Special Sub Division Uri, shall hold the additional charge of Incharge Xen PMGSY Uri till permanent arrangements are made.
