RAJOURI, Dec 22: In a multiple incidents of burglary, 13 shops were burgled during the intervening night of December 21 and 22 at Teryath market by unknown thieves.
As per the report, thieves stole items worth about Rs 1.5 lakh each from a mobile shop owned by Mukesh Sharma son of Satpal Sharma and a cosmetics & gift shop of Kamal Kishore son of Atma Ram. The thieves also took cash amounting to Rs 1.10 lakh from one Cement and Hardware shop belonging to Sham Lal son of Tara Chand. They also broke the locks of other shops but found no valuable items to steal.
In this connection, police post Teryath had taken cognizance of the matter and started investigations.
