13 Vaishno Devi pilgrims injured

JAMMU, Jan 28: At least 13 Vaishno Devi pilgrims sustained injuries when a bus they were travelling in hit a stationary dumper near Jambu Zoo area here today.
A Vaishno Devi bound bus (JK02BC-2049) hit a stationary dumper (HR39E-0805) near Jambu Zoo after the driver lost control over the vehicle, resulting in injuries to 13 passengers, including three children and two women, said a police official.
He said all the injured passengers from Lucknow area of Uttar Pradesh have been shifted to Government Medical College Jammu, where their condition is stated to be stable.
Police have registered a case under the relevant sections of the law at Police Station Nagrota and started further investigation into the matter.
