JAMMU, Oct 15: At least 13 vehicles were seized for illegal mining in Jammu District today, officials said.
They said four vehicles were seized by a team of Police Station Nagrota led by SHO Nagrota, Inspector Vishav Partap Singh, one tipper by a team of Police Post Arnia led by Inspector Deepak Katoch, SHO Arnia, six vehicles by a team of Police Post Sidhra led by PSI Arun Kumar, incharge Police Post Sidhra, and two vehicles by Police Post Chattha led by PSI Harjinder Paul Singh, incharge Police Post Chattha.
“The DMO Jammu has been informed about the vehicles seized for violating a High Court order,” said officials.
