SRINAGAR: Passengers and crew members of an Air India flight had a close shave when two tyres of a plane burst during landing at Srinagar International Airport this afternoon.
Official sources said an Air India Charter flight (Courier Services) AI 3821 flying from Jammu to Srinagar burst during landing at 1400 hrs.
They asked that 130 paramilitary forces and other crew members were safe as pilot managed to land the plane safely.
However, air traffic was disrupted for some time till the plane was towed away from the runway, they said. (AGENCIES)
