KUPWARA, Oct 8: To ensure regularity and punctuality in the Government offices in Kupwara, the Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, Sarmad Hafeez inspected various offices here today.
During the inspection, as many as 14 officials of various departments were found un-authorizedly absent from their duty and were placed under suspension with immediate effect.
The Drawing and Disbursing Officers of the suspendees have been asked to charge sheet the employees under rules and intimate the action taken in the matter within 15 days.
