JAMMU, July 19: Government has accorded sanction to the placement of 14 Senior Stenographers of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as Private Secretaries on stop gap arrangement.
The promoted officials include Mohammad Altaf Zullah, Tarun Sharma, Harvinder Singh, Yasmeen Jan, Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Nusrat Shaheen, Sofi Hanief Ahmad, Ghulam Rasool Mir, Ghulam Mohammad Khan, Babita Kumari, Rachpal Singh, Arshada Akhter, Mohammad Yasin Shah and Mohammad Rafiq Zullah.
Mohammad Altaf Zullah, on his placement as Private Secretary, shall await orders of adjustment in GAD.
Tarun Sharma, is posted as Private Secretary with Principal Secretary Planning and Development Department while Harvinder Singh is posted as Private Secretary with Chairman, J&K State Water Resources Regulatory Authority, vice Abhay Ram Gupta.
Yasmeen Jan is posted as Private Secretary with Commissioner/Secretary to Bureau of Public Enterprises and Floriculture Department.
Fayaz Ahmad Bhat is posted as Private Secretary with Chairman, Board of Professional Entrance Examinations, vice Shakeel Ahmad. Nusrat Shaheen is posted as Private Secretary with Secretary Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. Sofi Hanief Ahmad is posted as Private Secretary with Joint Development Commissioner (Works).
Ghulam Rasool Mir is posted as Private Secretary with Commissioner/Secretary Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. Ghulam Mohammad Khan is posted as Private Secretary in the Personal Section of Economic Advisor.
Babita Kumari is posted as Private Secretary with Secretary Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department.
Rachpal Singh is posted as Private Secretary with Secretary Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department. Arshada Akhter is posted as Private Secretary with Commissioner/ Secretary Industries and Commerce Department.
Mohammad Yasin Shah is posted as Private Secretary in the Personal Section of Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs while Mohammad Rafiq Zullah is posted as Private Secretary to the Chief Secretary.
Consequent upon these adjustments, transfer and postings of three more Private Secretaries has been ordered.
Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Private Secretary with Principal Secretary Planning and Development Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary with Commissioner/ Secretary Public Works (R&B) Department.
Abhay Ram Gupta, Private Secretary with Chairman, J&K State Water Resources Regulatory Authority, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary with Principal Secretary to Governor.
Shakeel Ahmad, Private Secretary with Chairman Board of Professional Entrance Examinations, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary with Secretary Cooperative Department.
