153 test COVID +ve in J&K

JAMMU, Apr 13: Jammu and Kashmir today reported 153 fresh cases of COVID-19 cases, 62 from Jammu Division and 91 from Kashmir valley.
According to the reports, highest number of 40 cases were reported from Jammu district, followed by 24 from Kulgam, 17 from Srinagar, 15 from Baramulla, 9 from Ganderbal, 7 each from Budgam and Kishtwar, 6 from Bandipora, 5 each from Pulwama and Anantnag, 4 each from Udhampur and Rajouri districts, 3 from Doda, 2 each from Poonch and Kupwara, and 1 case each from Kathua, Ramban and Shopian districts.
As per reports, a total of 4,331 COVID tests were conducted in the Union Territory in last 24 hours. The number of active COVID cases in the UT as on date is 626–279 in Jammu region and 347 in Kashmir Division whereas 56 COVID patients recovered today, 21 from Jammu Division and 35 from Kashmir valley.
The highest number of 179 active cases are in Jammu district, followed by 81 in Srinagar, 61 in Kulgam, 55 in Baramulla, 43 in Budgam, 35 in Pulwama, 19 each in Kupwara, Samba and Kishtwar, 17 in Bandipora, 15 each in Ganderbal and Udhampur districts, 14 in Anantnag, 13 in Doda, 10 in Rajouri, 8 in Ramban, 7 each in Shopian and Poonch, 6 in Reasi and 3 cases in Kathua district.
