RAJOURI, Feb 22: Government today ordered suspension of 16 officials in PHE Department, who had not joined new place of posting after their transfer and relieving from the previous posting, last week.
The suspension order was issued by the Executive Engineer PHE, Rajouri on the recommendation of AEE who informed the former that the department was facing a lot of problems in regularization of water supply in the town due to not joining of the duties by these officials.
The suspended officials include Lal Hussain, Nazir Hussain, Abdul Qayoom, Mohd Sharief, Shabir Ahmed, Ghulam Mohhiudin, Mohd Bashir, Nasar Hussain, Mohd Farooq, Mushtaq Ahmed, Shafiq Ahmed, Mohd Bashir, Talib Hussain, Mohd Rafiq, Mohd Younis and Mohd Rafiq.
