JAMMU, Dec 4: Total 164 Kashmiri migrants cast their vote in the third phase of polling of DDC elections at 15 specially created polling booths for 15 DDC constituencies of Kashmir Valley at Government Degree College for Women Gandhi Nagar today.
This was sated by Assistant Returning Officer (ARO) Migrants, Anshuman Singh. He said there were 16 polling booths at GDC, Gandhi Nagar but for one booth no election material and ballot papers were received and hence it was cancelled.
