RAJOURI, Apr 29: Foiling three bids of bovine smuggling in Kalakote, Rajouri and Thanamandi areas in the district, police in Rajouri have rescued 17 animals from the clutches of the smugglers.
Official sources said that during wee hours on Friday, an information was received that some unknown persons were taking bovines on foot from mountainous area of Potha Panchayat.
