RAJOURI, May 13: Seventeen employees from various Government departments were charge-sheeted after they were found absent from duty.
Official sources said that Additional District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Veer Ji Hangloo and Additional DC, Salim Ahmed Malik conducted surprise visit to various offices to check the punctuality of the officers and other employees and found 17 employees absent. They charge- sheeted all the absent employees. They found District Library office closed at around 9.15 am.
In Excise and Taxation office only class IV employee was present at 8.45 am. They also paid visit to Commercial Taxes office, CDPO/ SWD offices, Horticulture, Agriculture, CAPD and Animal Husbandry offices.
