17 injured as Tata Mobile turns turtle

DODA, June 15: Seventeen persons were injured, when the Tata Mobile they were traveling in, skidded off the road and turned turtle near Malhori area of Doda-Kishtwar National Highway.
As per police sources, 17 passengers were injured, when the Tata Mobile bearing registration number JK06 7053 turned turtle near Malhori area, here. The injured were heading towards their native village after condoling death of a lady.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and with the help of locals, shifted the injured persons to District Hospital, from where seven injured persons were referred to GMCH Jammu for advanced treatment.
The injured have been identified as Amrita Devi, wife of om Raj, Pushpa Devi, wife of Bansi Lal, Moni Devi, wife of Yog Raj, Raj Banti, wife of Rattan Singh, Bandana Devi, wife of Prem Lal, Shakuntla Devi, wife of Lekh Raj, Anar Devi, wife of Gian Chand, Tara Banti, wife of Gian Chand, Darshana Devi, wife of Bodh Raj, Rinu Devi, wife of Vipan Kumar, Biya Devi, wife of Budhi Singh, Sumitra Devi, wife of Tirath Singh, Shakuntla Devi, wife of Kuldeep Singh, Swarna Devi, wife of Vimal Kumar and Kushyla Devi, wife of Faqir Chand, all residents of Malhori, Ranu Devi, wife of late Suram Chand of Jathi and Kiran Devi, wife of Budhi Singh of Kuthyara.
Doda police has taken cognizance in this regards.
