JAMMU, Apr 18: Issuing two separate orders, Government today ordered transfer and postings of 18 officers of J&K Accounts Service with immediate effect.
According to first order, Parvez Sajad Sofi (Director General, J&K Funds Organization) has been transferred and posted as Director General, Local Fund Audit & Pensions, J&K against available vacancy, Rajesh Talwar (Director Finance, SKUAST Jammu) has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs Department vice Ashok Kumar, who has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, General Administration Department vice Reyaz Ahmad Shah.
Reyaz Ahmad Shah (Director Finance, GAD) has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj vice Abdul Hamid Kumar, who has been posted as Director Accounts & Treasuries Kashmir vice Shaheen Mohd Ashraf, who has been further posted as Director Finance, ARI & Trainings Department vice Suresh Kumar Koul.
Suresh Kumar Koul (Director Finance, ARI & Trainings Department) has been posted as Director Finance, Industries & Commerce Department vice Rajesh Chander Kotwal, who has been posted as Director, Accounts & Treasuries Jammu vice Neeraj Gupta Bakshi, who has been further posted as Director Funds Organization J&K vice Parvez Sajad Sofi.
Madan Lal (Director Finance, Housing Board J&K) has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, SKUAST Jammu vice Rajesh Talwar, Sukhwant Kour Sasan (Director Finance, Funds Organization, Divisional office Jammu) has been posted as Director Finance, J&K Cooperative Department vice Sanjay Kumar and Archana Kumari (Director Finance, Directorate of Social Welfare Department, Jammu) has been posted as Director Finance, Housing Board, J&K vice Madan Lal.
As per 2nd order, Chander Kala (CAO, Cluster University, Jammu) has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Funds Organization, Jammu vice Sukhwant Kour Sasan, Naila Zahoor Chib (FA/CAO Directorate General of Prison, J&K) posted as Joint Director, Funds Organization Kashmir, relieving Irfan-ul-Haq, CAO of additional charge and Sanjay Kumar (FA/CAO J&K Cooperative Department) has been posted as FA/CAO Directorate General of Prison vice Naila Zahoor Chib.
Kajal Jasrotia (CAO, District Rural Development Agency, Jammu) has been transferred and posted as Chief Pay &AO, J&K SPDC Jammu vice Ashu Behl, who has been posted as CAO, Directorate of Social Welfare Department, Jammu vice Archana Kumari. Further, Satyan Shree Gupta (CAO, DRDA Udhampur) has been transferred and posted as CAO Cluster university, Jammu vice Chander Kala.
