JAMMU, Nov 26: Police today arrested a person and recovered 18 bottles of Corex carrying illegally by him.
According to a police spokesperson, Bathindi Police today laid a surprise Naka at Bathindi Morh (Jammu) and intercepted one car (Maruti Zen) bearing Registration No JK02F-5185 driven by Abdul Majid son of Alam Din, a resident of Sunjwan, Jammu.
During search of the vehicle, police party recovered 18-bottles of Corex, which he was carrying illegally. The accused was arrested by the police and Corex bottles and vehicle seized.
In this regard a case FIR No 221/14 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at police station Trikuta Nagar and further investigation in the case is going on.
