JAMMU, Mar 6: Ten IFS and nine State Forest Services (SFS) officers have failed to submit their annual property returns to the General Administration Department (GAD).
All the Gazetted officers (IFS/SFS) were asked to submit their annual property returns by the end of January as usual practice every year. A copy is required to be endorsed to Administrative department. While most of the officials of Forest department submitted their returns, only 19 officials failed to submit the same despite reminders.
These officials have now been asked by the Administrative department to explain their position within five days for not submitting their property statements for the year 2014, failing which action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against them.
The IFS officers who failed to submit APRs are- Vinod Ranjan, B. Sidhartha Kumar, Om Parkash, Sandip Kujuriya, C. Behra, S. Senthil Kumar, S. Rakesh Kumar, Samuel Changkija, M. Shafi Kanyu and Sajjad Mufti while the SFS cadre officers are: Altaf-ur-Rehman, Shabir Ahmed Patloo, Mehraj-ud-Din Malik, Owais Farooq Mir, Pervaiz Ahmed Wani, Altaf Hussain Dantoo and Mehnaz Anjum Malik.
