JAMMU, Feb 23: Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) disconnected 197 connections.
As per official spokesman, on the directions of the Executive Engineer, Electric Division II Gandhi Nagar Jammu PD Singh, a team of officials of Electric Sub Division-I, JPDCL Green Belt conduced inspection drive of the installations who are defaulter in payments.
The team disconnected 197 connections, the spokesman informed.
The areas where the drive was conducted were Bahu Fort, Gandhi Nagar, Channi Himmat, Nanak Nagar, Narwal, Transport Nagar, Sunjwan, Bathindi, Shastri Nagar and Trikuta Nagar, the spokesman added.
