RAJOURI, Feb 20: Two wanted criminals, evading their arrest since long in district Rajouri have been arrested by police.
One of the absconders, has been identified as Maneer Hussain, son of Noor Hussain, resident of Sada Sole. He was wanted in case FIR 87/2014 of Police Station Kalakote under section 409 RPC but was evading his arrest since 2014.
A police team headed by SHO Kalakote, Insp Mustaj Ahmed under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera, Brijesh Sharma and Additional SP Nowshera, GL Sharma arrested the accused and has been produced in the court of law.
Similarly, an absconder Shahid Parvez, son of Shamsher Hussain resident of Badhoon has also been arrested. He said the absconder was wanted in case FIR 325/06 under Sections 325/34 RPCs and was evading his arrest since 2011.
Police team headed by SHO Rajouri, Ajaz Haider under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Govind Rattan arrested the accused during a raid last night.
