2 B’deshi nationals arrested on IB

JAMMU :  Two Bangladeshi nationals were arrested while they were moving along the International Border under suspicious circumstances in Ranbir Singh Pura area on city outskirts today.
“Local villagers last night spotted some suspicious movement along IB near village Baspur Bangla and they informed the police,” sources said.
Police acted swiftly and apprehended the suspects, who were identified as Kabir Ahmed and Mohammad Bashir, both residents of Bangaldesh.
“They were being grilled by the police,” the sources said, adding that senior police officials have also rushed to the  spot.
Yesterday, the BSF troops had apprehended a Gujarati man from near the border in RS Pura belt and few notes of Indian and  Nepali currency were recovered from his possession. (AGENCIES)
