SRINAGAR, Oct 7: Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, Abdul Rahim Rather today laid a copy of the Audit Reports on the Accounts of J&K State Financial Corporation for the years 2009-10 and 2010-2011 as required under Sub-Section (7) of Section 37 of the State Financial Corporation Act, 1951.
Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture, Raman Bhalla on the behalf of Revenue Minister laid a copy of the Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Ordinance, 2013.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Mir Saifullah on the behalf of Chief Minister introduced a Bill to amend the Jammu and Kashmir Energy Conservation Act, 2011.
