2 booked for grabbing forest land

JAMMU, Jan 24: Two persons have been booked for grabbing forest land near Mohmaya temple, falling under the jurisdiction of Bagh-e-Bahu police station.
As per police sources, forest officials lodged a complaint with police station Bagh-e-Bahu police station that two persons namely Jamat Ali, son of Sardar Ali and Ghulam Nabi, son of Mohammad Hussain, both residents of Bandi area near Mohmaya temple had raised illegal construction on forest land near Mohmaya temple.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 14/16 under Section 447 RPC has been registered at Bagh-e-Bahu police station in this regard and investigation started.
