KATRA, Oct 25: Katra Police today arrested two bootleggers and seized 100 pouches of Excise liquor from their possession.
The accused, namely Vimal Sharma of Rehari Colony and Shubam. Sharma of Vikas Nagar Jammu were intercepted by police near Asia Chowk when they were on way from Jammu to Katra while riding motorcycle JK02BH 2067. They were carrying two bags, each containing 50 poly pouches of J&K Excise Liquor, for selling the same in Katra town.
A case FIR number 174/2015 , under Section 48 Excise Act and 188 RPC has been registered in this connection at Katra Police Station.
