KATRA, Apr 23: Katra Police today nabbed two bootleggers and seized 70 pouches of smuggled liquor from their possession.
The liquor smugglers were identified as Anil Sharma and Ved Parkash of village Jib Thathi in district Udhampur. They were intercepted by Police near Chintamani Katra when they were smuggling 70 poly pouches of liquor in Alto car, which was without registration number.
A case in this connection has been registered under 48-A Excise Act and 188/RPC at Police Station Katra.
