RAJOURI, Apr 18: Two minor boys received serious electric shocks and injuries when they were trapped in live cable which fell down from the temporary polls in the area this evening.
The mishap took place at Mangota village and the boys who fell victim due to carelessness of PDD authorities are- Khursheed (12) and Mohd Rashid (10), both sons of Javed Ahmed from Mangota. They were rushed to CHC Thannamandi and then DH Rajouri from where one of them was referred to GMC Hospital, Jammu. His condition was said to be critical. The police has registered a case against the PDD authorities in this connection.
