JAMMU, Oct 11: 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Virender Singh Bhou today awarded life-imprisonment to Alam Din alias Bhuttu and Mohammad Shafi, both sons of Noor Jamal of Sehal Jagir, Jammu, in a murder case.
These accused persons had committed murder of Mubarak Din over an old enmity on September 19, 2009.
“The prosecution has succeeded in proving offence against the accused persons as such they are convicted and awarded rigorous imprisonment for life”, the court said.
