Srinagar, July 28: Two persons ended their life by committing suicides in Budgam and Kulgam districts of Valley, police said today.
A police spokesman said a 28-year old man (name withheld) and resident of Brass in Khansahab area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district consumed some poisonous substance at his home. “He was shifted to PHC Hardpanzu where he breathed his last. Police have registered a case in this regard,” the spokesman said.
In another case, a 40-year old woman (name withheld) and resident of Sanyari in central Kashmir’s Kulgam district consumed poisonous substance at her home. Police said that she was shifted to sub-district hospital Dhamhal where doctors declared her brought dead. A case has been registered in this regard.
