REASI, Nov 5: The 2-day traditional cultural festival organised by Triple-A Performing Arts Reasi in association with district administration and Salal Power Station to promote local folks and cultures concluded, here today.
The major attractions of the programme on the second day were popular Kud dance by Bhuri Singh and party of Bomag, folk dance and Geetru by Raj Kumar and party of Kah Pota, Dogri folk Jagarna, Dogri songs by Khajur Singh and party of Panjar, Ladakhi dance, Kashmiri Rauf dance by Revolution Dance Academy Jammu besides song presentations by Anoop and Parul Kashap.
The colourful folk musical and dance performances mesmerized the audience.
The festival showcased State’s rich cultural heritage, traditions and customes thus acquanting the young generations with their glorious past.
The renowned actor of Dogri film “Geetiyan”, Tanveer Dar who was present on the occasion, spell bound the audience by presenting dialogues of a Dogri film which got resounding round of applause from the gathering.
