JAMMU, Nov 9: IIT Jammu has organized a two-day workshop on Innovative Construction Materials and Structures (ICMMM-2019), which began here today at a Hotel.
K K Sharma, former Advisor to the Governor, was chief guest on the occasion and he formally inaugurated the workshop by lighting ceremonial lamp.
D P Lal, Executive Director, IRCON (J&K) was the guest of honour while Prof Manoj S Gaur, Director IIT Jammu, presided over the function.
Field Engineers from PWD, CPWD, PMGSY and JKPCC attended as delegates. Faculty, staff members and students from nearby Engineering colleges are also participating in the workshop.
