SRINAGAR, July 17: State High Court has ordered promotion of two District and Sessions Judges.
According to the orders issued by Registrar General, Ramesh Kumar Wattal, District and Sessions Judge (Selection Time Scale), has been placed in the Super Time Scale of J&K Higher Judicial Service with effect from June 6, 2017 against the vacancy caused due to the elevation of Sanjay Kumar Gupta as Judge of the High Court.
Similarly, Jaffer Hussain Beigh, District and Sessions Judge (Entry Level) has been placed in the Selection Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service with effect from June 6, 2017.
