JAMMU, Feb 17: Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department today ordered placement of 2 Drug Control Officers as incharge (I/c) Assistant Controller Drugs/Assistant Drug Analysts in the Drugs & Food Control Organization, J&K.
As per an order, Drug Control Officers Shibeer Ahmad Bhat and Zaffer Ahmad Bhat have been placed as incharge Assistant Controller Drugs/Assistant Drug Analysts in the Drugs & Food Control Organization, J&K in his own pay and grade on officiating basis with immediate effect along with charge allowances as admissible under rules, for a period of six months or till the vacancies are filled-up on regular basis on the recommendation of the DPC/ PSC, whichever is earlier.
“This temporary arrangement shall not confer any preferential right upon the officers for consideration of their promotion as Assistant Controllers Dugs/ Assistant Drug Analysts, as and when the same is filled upon on regular basis under rules,” read the order.
