UDHAMPUR, Oct 9: Police today arrested two drug peddlers from Jib Morh, under the jurisdiction of Rehambal Police Station.
The accused were apprehended by a Police team, led by SHO Rehambal, Insp Rajesh Sharma and assisted by PSI Ravinder Kumar during routine checking duty at Jib Morh.
During frisking of the duo, four grams of heroin like substance and an electronic weighing machine was recovered from their possession.
The arrested accused were identified as Rohit Singh, son of Arjun Singh and Samuel Sheikh, son of Shatoo Sheikh, both residents of Supply Morh Udhampur.
In this connection, a case vide FIR number 230/2022, under section 8/21/22/ NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rehambal.
