2 drug peddlers nabbed with charas

Srinagar, Oct 29: Police today said they have arrested two drug peddlers in Pulwama and recovered charas from their possession.
Police authorities said that they received specific information through reliable sources regarding the presence of contraband substances in the house of Asadullah Mochi, the son of Gh Ahmad Mochi, a resident of Sheikh Mohalla, Bellow.
“Acting swiftly, a police party led by SHO Police Station Rajpora raided the specific spot. During the search, officers were able to recover 2.5 kgs and 5.6 kgs of charas powder concealed in two nylon bags from the said residential house. The accused was arrested on the spot and shifted to the police station, police said.
Moreover, authorities said a police party from Police Station Pulwama arrested a drug peddler named Mudasir Khursheed, a resident of Zadoora.
