KISHTWAR, Jan 7: Two girls including a minor were crushed to death by a Scorpio car near Sangambati area on Kishtwar-Chatroo road. In the incident, three others also received injuries and are hospitalised.

As per police sources, a Scorpio car bearing registration number DL3CAY-5020 crushed two women including a minor girl to death near Sangrambati area on Kishtwar-Chatroo road. Three more persons received injuries in this accident.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the three injured persons to District Hospital Kishtwar, where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
The deceased were identified as Aina Banoo (10), daughter of Abdul Hameed and Nasreena Banoo (20), daughter of Ghulam Mohammad, both residents of Mulchiter.
The injured have been identified as Tousif Ahmed, son of Abdul Aziz and his wife Begma Begum, residents of Rather Mohallah Kuchal and Safina Begum (38), wife of Abdul Hameed, a resident of Mulchiter.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Chatroo and investigation started.
