POONCH, Sept 26: The police nabbed two drug- peddlers and recovered some brown sugar from their possession late last evening.
Official sources said that a police party led by SHO Surankote Som Raj along with Incharge Police Post Behramgalla during naka on Mughal Road intercepted a car and during search of vehicle and frisking of two persons onboard, recovered about 10 gms of hbrown sugar. The police arrested both the accused and seized car. They were on way to Jammu from Kulgam.
They were identified as Bilal Ahmed Dar, son of Ghulam Ahmed Dar and Javid Zargar, son of Ghulam Zargar, both resident of Kulgam. A case FIR No. 226/ 2018 was registered against them.
