RAJOURI, May 2: The Police, Revenue and Forest officials in joint operation have demolished two illegal structures in Sunderbani area.
Official sources said that the joint team under the supervision of Tehsildar, Dhruv Gupta, conducted operation at village Talla Tanda in Beri Pattan area and demolished walls and a pucca structures and removed illegal encroachment made on Govt land by one Raghubir Singh, son of Gurbachan Singh on Kasra No. 74.
Another encroachment on Forest land was removed by the team at village Darhon in Sunderbani under the supervision of DFO Nowshera, Chander Shekhar and assisted by others on Wednesday. One Mohd Kadir, son of Mohd Faqir had raised a Kucha House on this land. The Administration claimed of have sent prior notices to these people before launching anti-encroachment drive.
