UDHAMPUR, Nov 2: A driver and his associate were injured when their loaded truck slipped into deep gorge at Garnai on the National Highway Udhampur.
According to the reports, the truck bearing registration number HP38E-0935 was on its way from Jammu towards Srinagar and loaded with paper board rolls when driver lost control over the vehicle resulting into the accident.
Police and locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to Udhampur District Hospital. The injured were identified as Sudesh Kumar (22), son of Sardari Lal and Sandeep Singh (25), son of Sham Raj, both residents of Basholi, District Kathua.
