UDHAMPUR, Aug 3: A young motorcyclist and pillion rider girl were critically injured when their bike was hit by an Army vehicle near Jakhani, here today.
The injured were identified as Happy (25), son of Chamnal Singh, resident of Ghadi Arnas and Swanyia, daughter of Dev Raj of Chenani. Both of them were rushed to Army Hospital Udhampur.
The accident took place when the motorcycle, bearing registration number JK20C-1643, was hit by Army vehicle near Jakhani on the National Highway Udhampur. Army Jawans shifted the injured persons to Command Hospital Udhampur.
