KATHUA, Oct 18: A dead body was found on Kathua -Jammu Railway track near Kathua this afternoon soon after the Sawaraj Express which was on its way from Delhi to Jammu passed through the area.
The deceased has been identified as Sardari Lal, S/O Om Parkash of Lakhanpur. The Police took the body into its custody and informed his parents. The Lakhanpur Police has registered a case under Section 174.
Meanwhile, two motorcyclists were injured after their bike was hit by an unknown vehicle at Jammu-Pathankot National Highway near Kathua today.
The duo was identified as Anjum Sharma and Sunil Verma of village Bagyal. They were first taken to DH Kathua where from doctors referred them to GMC for specialized treatment.
