Srinagar, July 24: Two persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Kupwara district of north Kashmir.
A police spokesman said a Taveera bearing registration number JK01P/0308 hit and injured a pedestrian namely Ghulam Hassan Wani at Bypass Kupwara.
The injured was shifted to District Hospital Kupwara wherefrom he was referred to Bones and Joints Hospital Barzulla for further treatment.
In another incident, a Maruti car bearing registration number JK09/3428 skidded of the road near Dragmulla area of the district resulting in injuries to Ghulam Mohammad Gojree. The injured was shifted to District Hospital Kupwara for treatment, the police spokesman added.
