UDHAMPUR, June 14: A motorcyclist and his pillion rider were injured when their bike skidded off the road at Channi Morh, here today.
The injured were identified as Akhter Hussan (25) son of I H Rizabi of Dehradun in Uttarakhand and Nirmla Yadav (22) daughter of R G Yadav of Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. The duo was part of a group touring Jammu Kashmir on motorcycles.
The other group members shifted the injured to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors referred Nirmla Yadav to GMC Jammu in view of serious injuries.
